We provide a 30-day window for returns, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must remain in its original packaging and should be in the same pristine condition as when you first received it, with no signs of wear or usage.
All tags must be intact and attached to the item.

Please note that due to the meticulous craftsmanship of our designs, a restocking fee of 20% will be applicable for all returns. This fee encompasses the labor involved in resizing and polishing the returned piece. For cases where the returned item necessitates extensive cleaning or repair, or is in a condition that prevents resale, an escalated restocking fee will be determined based on the extent of the required repair work.


Upon receiving your order, we kindly request that you inspect the items immediately. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you have received an incorrect item, please contact us promptly. We will assess the matter and take appropriate actions to rectify the issue.

The following items are ineligible for returns or exchanges, unless they arrive in a damaged or defective state:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Eternity Bands made to order
  • Sale items
  • Items Purchased During a Sales Event
  • Products exhibiting physical damage


Should you wish to exchange your piece, we will credit the full amount of your original purchase towards a new item of equal or greater value. Kindly note that a processing period is required to create the new piece, as indicated on the product page. To be eligible for an exchange, please initiate contact within 30 days of receiving your item. The credited amount is non-transferable for future purchases, and each piece is limited to a single exchange.

Before proceeding with the return shipment of your jewelry, please ensure you contact us to facilitate a secure delivery. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns. We highly recommend insuring your package and utilizing a traceable courier service, as we cannot be held liable for items lost during transit.

Information About Repairs
If you need a repair please contact us on But before you do, here are some important details you should know about how we do repairs:

Our repair specialists write up an intake form that notes the current condition of the piece and any repair work that’s required. We’ll always send you a copy of that intake form so we’re all on the same page.

After that, we’ll immediately get started on any work that’s covered under the warranty (without bugging you for approval). That may include the following:
- Replacing or resetting stones
- Replacing the setting
- Prong work or replacement
- Replacing thinner areas of the band
- Resizing the ring

Please let us know before you send us your piece if 1) you don’t want us to do any or part of the above warranty-related work, or 2) you’d prefer to review and approve the scope of the work before we get started.
If work needs to be done that goes beyond what the warranty covers, we’ll let you know. You’ll have the ability to opt out of those repairs at that point if you want.
Clients are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
Our current timeline for repairs is 2-3 weeks from the time we receive your piece.
